Our Elementary Class starts with learning the basics of Judo and discovering how fun it can be! Through physical activities and practicing basic techniques, children gradually build confidence and become more comfortable with Judo.
Students also learn respect, discipline, proper etiquette, and consideration for others, which are important values at Shudokan Judo Club.
Our goal is to help children enjoy Judo while developing both their skills and character.
初級クラス
まずは柔道の基本を学び、「柔道って楽しい！」と感じることから始めます。体を動かしながら基本的な技を練習し、少しずつ自信をつけていきます。また、修道館が大切にしている礼儀・規律・マナー・相手を思いやる心も学びます。柔道を楽しみながら、技術だけでなく、心も体も成長できるクラスです。
